Was Alice in a hurry?

Description

Villa Zebra, in collaboration with Centrum Beeldende Kunst, brought together a selection of pictures specially made for children between 4 and 12 years by Rotterdam artists. Studio La Meul designed various ways of hanging the pictures with a committee of children. Villa Zebra organised three totally different exhibitions in 2008-2009 but with the same pictures. Children learnt that the pictures can mean something else depending on the context.
